About the role

As a Beauty and Wellness Consultant at Beauty 100 (S) International Pte Ltd, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and guidance to clients on a wide range of beauty and wellness products and services. This full-time position is based in central area (CBD, Bugis, etc) and offers opportunities for career growth and development within a dynamic, customer-focused organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist customers in selecting the most suitable beauty and wellness products and services to meet their individual needs and preferences
  • Demonstrate product features and benefits, and provide personalised recommendations to enhance the customer experience
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest industry trends, new product releases, and innovative treatments
  • Collaborate with the wider team to ensure seamless customer service and coordinate appointment scheduling as needed
  • Contribute to the overall sales performance of the business by achieving individual and team targets
  • Participate in regular training and development programs to continually enhance your skills and expertise

What we're looking for

  • Open to both males and females candidate
  • As we are in a beauty and wellness industry, applicant must be pleasant-looking and of standard BMI, height and weight
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role within the beauty, wellness or retail industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers and provide exceptional service
  • Passion in helping and providing value for clients
  • A positive, friendly and professional attitude, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results
