Working Hours: Mon - Thurs 8.30am - 6pm

Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Assistant/ Finance Assistant to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day financial tasks, including processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and assisting with financial reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Process claims submission and assisting in generating financial reports

  • Assist with month-end financial close processes

  • Prepare and maintain financial records and reports

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records

  • Assist with audit preparation and support

  • Provide support to the finance team as needed

Qualifications:

  • Minimum NITEC/ Diploma in accounting, finance, or related field

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
