Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Program Consultant to join our team. The Program Consultant will play a vital role in advising prospective students, managing program inquiries, and guiding individuals toward suitable educational pathways. Responsibilities include conducting consultations, delivering presentations on program offerings, and collaborating with academic departments to stay updated on curriculum developments. The consultant will also be tasked with supporting the institute's enrollment goals by ensuring a seamless application experience for prospective candidates.

Job Scope

  • Advisory and Communication Skills: Experience in client-facing roles, advising, counseling, or delivering effective presentations.
  • Administrative and Coordination Skills: Proficiency in managing inquiries, maintaining databases, and coordinating between departments.
  • Sales and Customer Relationship Building: Strong ability to establish rapport and foster trust with prospective students and their families.
  • Education and Program Knowledge: Familiarity with curriculum structure, program offerings, and industry trends is an advantage.

Qualifcations:

  • Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in education, business, or related fields; experience in the education sector is highly beneficial.
  • Other Key Qualities: Keen attention to detail, ability to work independently, and excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Experience using enterprise CRM and understanding about pipeline management
