You will be responsible to work on 3D rendering effectively to support design team on design concept and ideas.

Responsibilities:

  • Able to render 3D perspective independently
  • Able to work with oversea team on building of 3D perspectives & details
  • Able to coordinate and plan task schedule and complete them in a timely and orderly manner
  • Able to read drawings and ensure dimension of materials, furniture and plan are design accordingly to scale and requirements
  • To understand material selection by Design Team

Reports

  • Able to prepare project schedule based on existing workload and manpower.
  • Able to work with directors or design team on weekend when required

Others

  • Assist in building of 3D library
  • Ad-hoc duties when assigned.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Computer Graphics or 3D modelling and rendering related field or Strong Portfolio will be considered.
  • Proficient in 3Ds Max, V-Ray, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Corona, sketch-up or other design related software
  • Minimum 3 years related experience in interior design industry;
  • Possess excellent design flair and highly creative with a good eye for design details
  • Positive attitude and good team player
  • Able to work under pressure and with a sense of urgency to meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to prioritize and manage tight deadlines.
  • Ability to read, speak and write in English or Mandarin
  • Singaporeans & Permanent Resident is preferred.
  • Permanent Position offered.
