Job Description:

  • Develop high-quality 3D visualizations, renderings, and walkthroughs for architectural, interior, and construction projects.
  • Work closely with architects, designers, and project teams to translate concepts into realistic 3D models.
  • Produce presentation materials including 3D perspectives, animations, and virtual walkthroughs for client proposals.
  • Ensure accuracy of 3D visuals by coordinating with design drawings, materials, and specifications.
  • Keep up to date with new visualization techniques, rendering software, and industry trends to improve work quality.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Multimedia Design, or related field.
  • Proficient in 3D software 3ds Max and rendering engines, V-Ray
  • Is a must to handle commercial projects
  • Good eye for detail, color, lighting, and composition.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, work under tight deadlines, and collaborate effectively with teams.
  • Experience in architectural/interior visualization will be an advantage.
