What you'll be doing?
  • Casework and Counseling - Identify and assess risks in cases, using professional tools to guide staff in case assessment and planning.
  • Groupwork and Community Work - Participate in client/community assessments, group work, and intervention strategies.
  • Operational Managerial Skills - Support the implementation of operational protocols, processes, and policies.
  • Advocacy - Represent the center in advocacy efforts for vulnerable families, collaborating with community partners.
Who are they looking for?
  • Qualifications - A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or a related field. An inclination towards research and planning is a plus.
  • Experience - Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a willingness to travel for home visits.
