The Opportunity

  • Adecco is partnering with our client, a leading global technology company, to hire a Finance Operations Analyst based in Singapore.
  • This role supports the Finance Operations team, focusing on improving process efficiency, managing financial risk, and delivering data-driven insights to leadership.
  • We are looking for individuals with strong project management, financial process expertise, and operational analysis experience.
  • This role will start out as a 8-months contractual assignment (extendable).

The Talent

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in finance operations, business analysis, or similar functions
  • Proven experience in financial process improvement and risk management
  • Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Excellent analytical capabilities and ability to synthesize complex data into insights
  • Knowledge of financial systems and tools (e.g., ERP systems, Excel, data visualization platforms)
  • Preferred: Knowledge of SAP Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable (FICA) configuration, functionalities, and best practices, ideally within an SAP S/4HANA environment

Job Description

As a Finance Operations Analyst, you will coordinate and manage key finance operations processes, ensuring they are well-designed, controlled, and continuously optimized for efficiency and impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project planning, issue tracking, and stakeholder communications
  • Facilitate meetings and maintain clear project documentation
  • Analyze data to identify trends, draw insights, and make optimization recommendations
  • Design and implement finance process improvements with stakeholder buy-in
  • Support change management efforts across operational areas
  • Monitor and escalate financial and operational risks as needed
  • Contribute to strategic and finance-driven initiatives regionally and globally
