Responsibilities:**

  • Monthly Financial Reporting: Prepare and review monthly accounts, ensuring all supporting schedules are accurately maintained and documented.
  • Data Reconciliation: Reconcile internal financial data with third-party statements to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Financial Schedules Maintenance: Maintain and update various financial schedules to support overall financial health and reporting.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Prepare and submit quarterly GST filings and ensure all monthly MAS reporting forms are completed in accordance with regulatory standards.
  • Document Management: Organize and file financial documents systematically, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with audit requirements.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting & Finance
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience, including full set accounting
  • Experience of handling monthly financial reporting and date reconciliation
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting rules and procedures, including International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
  • Relevant working experience in the Banking or Fintech industry is advantageous
  • Additional certification (CPA or CMA)
  • Experience in financial audit
