Working Hours:

  • Mon – Thurs: 9.00am – 6.30pm
  • Fri: 9.00am – 5.30pm

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with business units to understand role/access provisioning processes
  • Support application onboarding into Identity Management (IDM) including requirements gathering and UAT
  • Manage stakeholders for access reconciliation and centralized repository updates
  • Review and amend Business Role Matrices (SG & overseas)
  • Maintain and review Access & Segregation of Duty (SoD) rules in IDM
  • Implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) best practices
  • Create and review business roles and policies in IDM
  • Reconcile target accounts with IDM data
  • Handle access certification feedback and queries
Requirements
  • Proficient in Jira and Confluence (must-have)
  • Knowledge of Python and PowerBI is an advantage (not compulsory)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Team player with a proactive mindset
