The Director, Hybrid Cloud & AI is strategic and results-driven individual who leads our Hybrid Cloud and AI practice in APAC. This position plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing our cloud-first and AI-powered transformation services that we offer to our clients across diverse industries. The key responsibilities including driving innovation, architecturing scalable solutions, mentoring cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes for our clients through cloud adoption & AI as well as driving business growth and achieving financial targets for the practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive cloud and AI product, professional and managed services go-to-market strategy to enable revenue growth across APAC
• Build and lead a high-performance team of cloud resources that can deliver large scale cloud migration / transformation projects
• Build high performance and strategic hyperscaler, cloud technology, ISV partnerships to co-create solutions or develop a co-sell motion enabling business growth for the practice
• Lead complex deal pursuits for cloud, AI professional and managed services

The Main Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for Hybrid Cloud and AI services across APAC, aligned with Lumen's global platform and regional growth objectives.
• Lead the development of differentiated offerings that integrate Lumen's edge computing, hybrid cloud, and AI capabilities.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share through innovative service propositions and strategic pursuits.

Practice Leadership:

• Define and evolve the Hybrid Cloud and AI strategy aligned to business goals and market trends in APAC
• Build and lead a high-performance team comprising of cloud and AI architects, engineers and consultants.
• Develop go-to-market offerings and thought leadership to position the practice as a market differentiator
• Collaborate with in-region cross functional teams to develop and launch innovative solutions cutting across network, infrastructure and security
• Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and delivery excellence.

Client Engagement & Delivery:

• Lead response as well as drive strategic pursuit strategy for complex and strategic pursuits for cloud, AI and managed services
• Serve as executive sponsor for strategic engagements, ensuring delivery excellence and client satisfaction
• Translate complex business challenges into scalable hybrid cloud and AI solutions, leveraging Lumen's edge infrastructure and global network.
• Champion the adoption of cloud-native architectures, intelligent automation, and data-driven decision-making.
• Act as the trusted advisor to our strategic customers for cloud and AI transformation initiatives

Innovation & Ecosystem Development:

• Cultivate strategic partnerships with the leading hyperscalers, ISVs, and cloud technology providers to co-create and co-sell solutions.
• Collaborate with global product and delivery teams to incubate and launch new services, enhance existing portfolio services including GenAI, edge computing, and multi-cloud orchestration.
• Promote Lumen's innovation agenda through thought leadership, analyst engagement, and industry events.

Operational Excellence:

• Oversee P&L for the practice, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability
• Implement governance frameworks, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives
  Mentor and upskill teams to build future-ready capabilities

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 15+ years of experience in enterprise technology, with deep expertise in cloud strategy, AI/ML, and digital transformation
• Proven track record in building and scaling practices or service lines across APAC or global markets
• Deep expertise and experience in designing and delivering complex cloud, AI and infrastructure managed services programs
• Strong knowledge of hyperscaler platforms, AI frameworks, and enterprise integration
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Adept in engaging with cross-functional, global and cross-regional teams
