_**Responsibilities**:_
- Process and meticulously review vendor invoices to guarantee accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Generate a comprehensive list of payments for weekly approval runs for subsidiaries and sole distributor companies associated with Omni Health HQ.
- Execute and oversee payment processes to vendors, utilizing various methods such as checks, GIRO, wire transfers, etc.
- Enter payment details into the accounting system and maintain organized soft copies in the shared Dropbox folder.
- Perform reconciliations of vendor statements, swiftly addressing any discrepancies or issues to maintain optimal vendor relationships.
- Maintain updated and accurate vendor records, ensuring all information is current and accessible as needed.
- Support month-end closing activities, including accruals, reconciliations, and reporting, including year-end closing and audit processes.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to promptly resolve inquiries related to invoices and payments.
- Conduct thorough analysis of accounts payable aging reports, identifying and addressing outstanding balances proactively.
- Contribute to the implementation of process enhancements aimed at streamlining accounts payable operations and improving overall efficiency.
- Assist and support year-end inventory stock take, financial and certifications audit.
- Stay abreast of relevant accounting regulations and best practices, ensuring compliance and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist in any ad hoc tasks as required by the Company.
- **Requirements**:_
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in accounts payable or a similar role, preferably within a multinational environment.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experienced with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks).
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $3, $4,000.00 per month
