About the role
We're looking for an experienced and efficient Admin to join our growing team at Floorflex Pte Ltd, based in the Woodlands Primz Bizhub. This full-time role will see you playing a crucial administrative support function within our organisation.
What you'll be doing
- Providing general administrative support
- Maintaining and organising office files, records and databases
- Handling various clerical duties such as data entry, document processing and correspondence
- Assisting with meeting coordination, scheduling and minute-taking
- Acting as the first point of contact for incoming enquiries
What we're looking for
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy
- A proactive and adaptable approach to your work
