Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Service and Operations teams to ensure smooth daily operations and efficient resource management.
  • Oversee implementation of key initiatives such as Healthier SG, Social Prescribing, and Age Well SG.
  • Drive service improvement projects, streamline workflows, and adopt best operational practices.
  • Collaborate with the Head of the departments to enhance patient care and experience.
  • Coach and develop operations staff, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.

  • Work with cross-functional teams on areas such as:

  • Manpower planning and staff training

  • Service and digital transformation
  • Policy and process development
  • New department setup and emergency planning
  • Support organizational goals in enhancing care accessibility, efficiency, and service quality.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
  • At least 3 to 6 years (or above) of experience in operations management, service quality or customer feedback experience
  • Prior experience in healthcare/ social services/ government industry is an advantage
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven track record in leading improvement initiatives and managing teams
