Our client is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented FP&A professional to join their finance team. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving financial insights, supporting strategic decisions, and enhancing operational efficiency—particularly within a manufacturing setting. Experience working with SAP and a solid understanding of manufacturing finance are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
  • Build and maintain complex financial models for scenario analysis, cost optimization, and investment planning.
  • Work closely with operations and supply chain teams to analyze COGS, inventory movements, and production variances.
  • Provide monthly management reporting and dashboards with insightful variance analysis and business performance commentary.
  • Leverage SAP (FI/CO, MM, PP modules) to extract and analyze financial and operational data efficiently.
  • Monitor and report on key manufacturing KPIs, including capacity utilization, production efficiency, and material usage.
  • Support decision-making related to CapEx projects, working capital, and operational improvements.
  • Participate in the digitalization and automation of FP&A processes using SAP tools and BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Assist with audit requirements and ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA/CFA/MBA preferred).
  • 3–5 years of relevant FP&A experience, with at least 2 years in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP will be advantageous
  • Proven ability to analyze manufacturing costs, overhead allocation, BOM structures, and inventory valuation.
  • Strong business acumen, attention to detail, and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
