Employment Type: Full-time (5.5-day week)

Hours: Mon–Fri 8:30am–5:30pm; Sat 8:30am–1:30pm

Rest Days: 6 days/month

Salary: S$2,000–2,500/month (basic)

Benefits: Annual Leave 7 days · Sick Leave 14 days

Work Pass: WP sponsorship may be considered (subject to quota & MOM approval)

About the Role

Install, commission, service and maintain photocopiers/MFPs at client sites across Singapore. You'll diagnose faults, replace parts/consumables and keep uptime high with clear documentation.

Responsibilities

  • On-site installation, testing and commissioning of photocopiers/MFPs
  • Preventive maintenance and troubleshooting (mechanical/electrical/firmware)
  • Replace rollers/PCU/toner/consumables; perform calibrations and network setup (basic)
  • Log jobs, parts used and service reports accurately; close tickets on time
  • Provide basic user training and customer care; escalate complex cases when needed
  • Coordinate daily routes with the service desk; maintain company tools and vehicle

Requirements

  • Diploma or above in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics/IT (or related)
  • Hands-on photocopier/MFP repair experience preferred (Canon/Ricoh/Konica/HP or similar)
  • Able to read service manuals, interpret error codes and follow SOPs
  • Basic IT/networking for device setup (drivers, TCP/IP, print/scan settings) an advantage
  • Valid Class 2/2B motorcycle licence for islandwide field visits; company motorcycle can be provided (other transport arrangements may be considered)
  • Customer-focused, organised, and able to work independently with good English for job/safety instructions
