About Us

At Haute Hair Salon, we create refined, fashion-forward looks inspired by Japanese precision cutting and natural, soft color work. We are seeking a Japanese Hair Stylist (Based in Singapore) who can bring authentic Japanese hair techniques and a meticulous eye for detail to our salon.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert Japanese-inspired colors (ash tones, natural gradients, muted pastels) and signature curls (airy waves, soft perms).
  • Deliver precision cuts including airy layers, blunt bobs, and wolf cuts popular on Japanese social media.
  • Offer personalized hair treatments to restore and maintain hair health.
  • Stay informed on Japanese and global hair fashion trends.
  • Consult closely with clients to achieve personalized, flattering results.
  • Maintain a polished and professional salon experience.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' salon experience (Japanese hair styling experience preferred).
  • Mastery of coloring, cutting, and styling with precision.
  • Passion for Japanese beauty culture and hair artistry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a luxury salon environment.
  • Advanced training in Japanese techniques (point cutting, feathering, balayage).
  • Awareness of online trends and ability to share work through social media.
  • Proficiency with salon booking systems.
