About the role

We are seeking a talented Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team at Spade Hair Studio Pte Ltd in Hougang Central, North-East Region. As a full-time Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hairstyling services to our diverse clientele, contributing to the growth and success of our vibrant salon.

What you'll be doing

• Consulting with clients to understand their hair care needs and desired look
• Performing a range of hair services, including cutting, colouring, styling, and treatments
• Recommending and selling professional haircare products to enhance client satisfaction
• Maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organisation in your work area
• Participating in team meetings and ongoing training to stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques
• Providing outstanding customer service and ensuring a positive client experience

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Hair Stylist in a professional salon environment
• Strong technical skills in cutting, colouring, and styling hair
• Excellent customer service orientation and communication abilities
• Creativity and a passion for hair fashion and design
• Proficient in using salon-grade tools and equipment
• Certification or training in hairstyling or cosmetology
• Ability to work efficiently in a team and independently
