Singapore SAF WARRANT OFFICERS AND SPECIALISTS CLUB, THE Full time $80,000 - $120,000 per year

**Job Summary**
Responsible for driving banquet sales, developing marketing strategy and business model, and coordinating the efforts of S&M, F&B and Events Departments in promoting events, activities and sales.
**Main Duties and Key Responsibilities**
Sales & Marketing
- Achieve revenue target and profitability with set profit margin and growth of all segments in line with the club's business objectives set by the General Manager.
- Develop financial projection through analysing sales report, interpret trends and accurately forecast sales volume to determine forecast revenue to meet performance objectives.
- Create new sales channels through market analysis and development of adequate strategies for all market segments.
- Provide prompt, courteous, and professional contact with existing and prospective customers; as well as build close relationships with all customers.
- Able to source good and reliable official caterers, and work closely with the suppliers to determine pricing, menus, service standard and consistency of food quality and quantity.
- Assist GM to strategise and collate the efforts of other Departments; namely F&B and Events, to improve the overall business, footfall and sales for the club.
Banquet Operation
- Supervise, manage, and oversee all aspects of the banquet setup and ensure that the expectations of customers participating are met or exceed, while assuring financial benefits.
- Ensure that the sales and banquet team deliver events successfully for guests through coordination and communication with various internal staff to ensure the success of all events.
- Oversee all day-to-day operation, purchasing of new banquet equipment, part-timer cost and inventory control.
- Approve weekly schedule and monitor to ensure staffing is optimal to business needs.
- Ensure the banquet staff comply with policies and procedures set by the organisation.
**Job Requirements and Qualifications**
- Degree in hospitality or hotel/ food and beverage management or equivalent.
- At least 8 years of working experience in catering sales and 3 years in a managerial position.
- Extensive food and beverage knowledge to handle different cuisine and a passion to develop new menus for the client base in their requirements.
- Experience in handling SAF events, statutory board and MNC companies.
- Experience in handling GeBiz, EPS bidding and payment system, and CRM.
- Excellent time management, organisation, negotiation, customer service, leadership and communication skills.
- Details oriented and ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
