- Maintain precise and up-to-date inventory records using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Conduct regular cycle counts and full physical stock audits.
- Investigate and resolve inventory variances quickly and efficiently.
- Coordinate with receiving and shipping teams to ensure accurate inventory movement.
- Monitor and track stock levels; flag excess or low inventory situations.
- Generate inventory reports to support decision-making and operational planning.
- Help implement inventory control best practices and continuous improvement.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards in inventory handling.
- At least 2 years of experience in inventory control or warehouse operations.
- Proficient with WMS or inventory software (e.g. SAP, Oracle).
- Able to work independently or in a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Require hands-on operational duties such as receiving, inspecting, and organizing goods, updating inventory records, and supporting day-to-day warehouse operations
- Knowledge of Lean or 5S practices is a plus.
- Forklift license is a plus.
