About the Job
We're looking for an experienced, results-driven Senior Business Development Lead to spearhead new growth initiatives around Microsoft Dynamics and related technologies .
In this role, you'll take ownership of the full sales lifecycle—from identifying and engaging new prospects to negotiating and closing enterprise deals.

Responsibilities
- Own and drive new business development initiatives for Microsoft Dynamics and related offerings.
- Identify, target, and build relationships with key decision-makers in mid-to-large enterprises across priority verticals.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to deal closure with a strong focus on net-new client acquisition.
- Partner closely with pre-sales, technical consultants, delivery teams, and Microsoft account executives to craft compelling value propositions.
- Stay updated on Microsoft ecosystem developments to align offerings with customer needs and market trends.
- Represent the company at industry events, partner forums, and client meetings to build a strong pipeline and brand presence.
- Forecast, track, and report on sales performance and pipeline health using CRM tools and reporting dashboards.
Minimum Qualifications
- 10+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience, with at least 5 years focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related solutions.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a consultative, solution-selling environment.
- Demonstrated ability to open new accounts and build relationships from the ground up.
- Deep understanding of CRM, ERP, and digital transformation trends within the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Experience working with Microsoft Partner Network, ISVs, and System Integrators is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field (MBA is a plus).
- Experience in verticals such as Manufacturing, Retail, Financial Services, or Healthcare.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Partner Center, CSP models, and licensing frameworks.
- Ability to operate autonomously and drive initiatives in a cross-functional environment.
