Junior Business Operations Associate

We are looking for a Junior Business Operations Associate to support the daily running of our business. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth workflows and high-quality service delivery across various departments.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Process Management: Assist in documenting, streamlining, and executing day-to-day operational procedures.
  • Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate internal databases and generate basic reports to track business performance.
  • Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative support, including scheduling, correspondence, and office coordination.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Finance) to support projects and initiatives.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify potential areas for operational improvements and contribute innovative solutions.
  • Stakeholder Outreach: Proactively engage with potential business partners and candidates via email/phone to coordinate meetings and introductory calls.
