Quality Control Manager

Responsibilities
- Supervise Quality Control activities, including inspection plans, schedules, and updating Quality Records.
- Oversee inspections, reports, and documentation completed by inspectors, ensuring proper collection and filing of required Quality Records.
- Prepare and review Quality Records for customers as needed while managing and updating customer drawings, including revision control.
- Develop and implement Quality checklists, inspection criteria, and in-house and supplier quality management.
- Evaluate the qualifications of inspection personnel and plan/manage internal and external audits.
- Administer and enhance the company's ISO Quality System while maintaining documentation compliance.
- Supervise equipment calibration management activities, including Equipment Calibration Control and Drawing Control.
- Conduct and review safety risk assessments.
Requirements
- Min. GCE "O" Level or equivalent with min. 4 years of Supplier Quality Engineering (SQE) or relevant experience, including proficiency in measurement instruments and Quality Certification.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Acrobat, and Windows.
- Experience with the First Article Process is highly advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001:2008 standards.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English to communicate with the China office.
