At Hyacinth Concepts Pte Ltd , we're the group behind POUT Café , ABODE Bar , and LUMO Bar & Restaurant — known for great coffee, handcrafted cocktails, and warm hospitality. We're looking for passionate, fun-loving individuals to join our growing family as Barista / Service Crew .

What You'll Do
  • Prepare and serve specialty coffee, matcha, and café beverages with consistency and flair
  • Deliver friendly and efficient service to every guest — from greetings to goodbyes
  • Take and process orders accurately, assist with POS operations, and maintain a clean service area
  • Support daily café / bar operations including setup, restocking, and closing duties
  • Work closely with a tight-knit, high-energy team that loves what they do
Who You Are
  • Energetic, positive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Has café, F&B, or customer-service experience (training will be provided for the right person)
  • Passionate about coffee, drinks, and creating good vibes for guests
  • A team player with initiative, reliability, and pride in their work
  • Able to work on weekends or public holidays (shift-based)
