**Full-Time/Part Time Barista / Service Crew (Weekdays/Weekends)**

**Salary**: $2,200 - 2,500 monthly (Barista/Service Crew)

**Description**:
Our newest Flagship store will include our first-ever investment community café concept by The Editor’s Market. The café will focus on high-quality, barista-served specialty coffee, with beans ethically sourced from a diverse range of coffee-producing regions. A range of gourmet teas and other drinks will also be made available for non-coffee drinkers to enjoy.

In addition, our café will also serve a seasonal menu centred on pastry and dessert. The 30-seater café will have a strong aesthetic concept that will be mínimalist in nature, aligned with investment related theme.

We are looking for individuals who have a positive working attitude and suitable work experience to join us in delivering an exceptional customer experience in our new F&B endeavour.

**Responsibilities (Barista)**
- Prepare coffee and other drinks in the menu according to SOP and ensuring quality is consistent at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness of work station area.
- Maintain general cleanliness of the café and kitchen.
- Ensure sufficient inventory of ingredients and packaging.
- Preparation work for drinks.
- Prepare and serve pastries and cakes (if required)
- Perform cashiering duties (if required)

- Prepare pastries and desserts in the menu according to SOP and ensuring quality is consistent at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness of work station area.
- Maintain general cleanliness of the café and kitchen.
- Ensure sufficient inventory of ingredients and packaging.
- Preparation work for pastries and desserts.
- Prepare and serve drinks.
- Perform cashiering duties.

**Requirements**:

- SFA food handlers’ certificate
- Knowledge about basic calibration of coffee and simple latte art.
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
- Fluent in spoken English
- Any past cafe barista experience would be advantageous.
- An approachable demeanour
- Positive work attitude and ability to work as a team player
