The Company

A well-established company in the manufacturing sector is currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst to join their dynamic team.

The Role
The role involves managing the full spectrum of Accounts Receivable functions, including billing, collections, and preparing AR aging reports to ensure timely and accurate cash inflow for the APAC region. Key responsibilities include performing thorough credit analysis to evaluate customer creditworthiness, setting appropriate credit limits, and monitoring account receivables to mitigate potential risks. The role also oversees credit control processes by enforcing company policies and resolving payment discrepancies or disputes, ensuring adherence to agreed payment terms. Additionally, the position requires maintaining constant communication with internal teams and external stakeholders across countries such as Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, India, and Australia to streamline collection efforts, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Your Profile

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, ACCA, or CA, with at least 5 years of accounts receivable / credit control experience. Proficiency in systems like SAP or Oracle is essential to succeed in this role.
