Salt is hiring a 'Account Receivables Analyst in Singapore. This is a 6- month contractual role.

The JD is as follows:

- Invoice Management: Download invoices and prepare statements of accounts, categorized by business groups.
- Ad Account Statement Preparation: Organize invoices into Excel-based ad account statements, grouped by business purposes or cost centers for each customer, potentially handling hundreds of invoice groups.
- Customer Portal Management: Upload invoices to customers' portals within the first week of each month, including:
a) Logging into supplier portals

b) Verifying spending amounts with PO numbers

c) Submitting Ready to Ship (RT) requests
- Reconciliation and Accuracy: Perform reconciliations of invoices, spend, and PO amounts to ensure accuracy.
- Payment Tracking: Monitor payment status through customers' supplier portals to prevent delayed payments.
- Collaboration and Support: Work closely with various Collectors based to achieve the above requirements, ensuring seamless coordination and effective communication.

Requirement:

- Proven Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in Account Receivable collections, with a strong track record of success.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using Microsoft Outlook, Google Sheets, Excel, and PowerPoint to manage and analyze large data.
- Education: A university graduate with a strong academic background.
- Language Skills: Fluency in Mandarin is a must, with strong reading, writing, and communication skills to effectively influence and negotiate with large China-based clients.
