Be part of a meaningful national initiative. This project supports the Singapore Government in tackling the rise of vaping-related cases across Singapore. As a Call Centre Customer Service Officer, you will play a vital frontline role — listening, guiding, and assisting members of the public and offenders through proper counselling and rehabilitation channels.
Your contribution will directly help to protect our community, safeguard our youth, and strengthen Singapore's public health efforts.
Job Opportunity Details
- Contract Duration: 3 + 3 months
- Work Schedule: 2 weeks day shift → 2 weeks night shift (rotational)
- Manpower Coverage: 7 lines (day), 2 lines (night).
- Salary: $2,400 to $2,600 per month
- Location: Pasir Panjang (details to be provided upon shortlist)
What you'll be doing
- Handle inbound calls from members of the public for counselling or reporting purposes.
- Provide accurate information, empathy, and professional guidance in line with governement policies and protocol
- Coordinate with various agencies to arrange rehabilitation sessions, interviews, or counselling appointments.
- Maintain accurate records of each case and ensure confidentiality.
- Support additional duties assigned by officers.
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the Call Centre & Customer Service industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen, empathise and respond effectively to customer needs
- Able to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment (9 am – 9 pm / 9 pm – 9 am). Average One 2-Weeks night shift in 2-3 months periods due to lower volume of night call.
