Facilities Technician (Mobility & Facilities)

Job Scope:

  • Perform routine preventive maintenance and repair of mobility medical equipment. (wheelchair, shower trolley, hospital bed and etc.)
  • Conduct safety checks and ensure equipment meets required standards.
  • Maintain and manage equipment, parts, supplies, and repair records.
  • Service and maintain building facilities and key systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, air-con, AV).
  • Support daily operations by attending to breakdowns, faults, and service requests.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure timely resolution for internal/external customers.
  • Coordinate with contractors and monitor service delivery.

Job Requirements:

  • ITE or equivalent qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services, or Engineering.
  • Experience in maintaining mobility medical equipment (e.g., wheelchair, shower trolley, hospital bed) will be an advantage.

Service Technician

Job Scope:

  • Perform troubleshooting, servicing, and preventive maintenance on equipment of electrical and mechanical systems
  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues and carry out effective repairs to restore optimal equipment performance
  • Conduct routine inspections and testing to ensure equipment reliability, safety, and compliance with technical standards
  • Maintain accurate service records and report defects, parts usage, and maintenance activities
  • Collaborate with engineering or technical teams to support equipment upgrades, modifications, and continuous improvement initiatives

Job Requirements:

  • ITE or equivalent qualification in Electrical, Mechanical or related studies
  • Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and maintenance of machines or electrical systems preferred.
