Responsibilities

  • Assist walk-in customers by offering product recommendations based on their preferences.
  • Provide excellent customer service while building strong, lasting client relationships.
  • Guide and support junior sales executives on sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Maintain merchandise displays, organize stock, and conduct regular inventory checks.
  • Accurately record daily sales transactions, cash handling, and inventory updates in the system.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in retail sales will be a plus
  • Possess friendly, approachable and engaging personality
  • Able to work on retail hours, weekend and public holiday
