Clinic Assistant (5.5 days, Mon to Fri, Half-day Sat/Sun, $2,000+)

· 5.5 days per week (Mon to Fri 8:30am-3pm, Sat or Sun 8:30am-1pm)

· 3 night shift per week 6 pm to 9 pm

Responsibilities

· To assist the Clinic Manager and ensure operational efficiency of the clinic.

· Perform front desks duties – registering patients, answering phone-calls, dealing with enquiries and assisting doctor's needs.

· Cashiering duties – payment collection, filing relevant claims, bookkeeping.

· Dispensary

· Clinical duties – assisting clinical tasks like ECG, nebulizer, dressing, minor surgical procedures, triaging

· Inventory – Maintain adequate supplies and functionality of consumables, medications, stationery, medical equipment. Stock taking and organization of stock

· Maintenance of clinic's cleanliness and appearance.

Requirements

· Min N level and above.

· No experience requires, on job training provided.

· Responsible and good communication skills
