Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

  • This job position is for the IT R&D team located in Singapore, offering Global IT R&D Lab Management Solutions Services towards the R&D labs within Infineon.
  • The IT Junior Business Analyst will closely work with the IT Product Owners in the analysis, design, and implementation of business solutions to meet the functional department's needs.
  • This role will contribute to gathering requirements, documenting business processes, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • The Junior Business Analyst will also assist in the testing and implementation of new systems and technologies.

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or related field
  • Experience: 0 -2 years of experience in business analysis, IT, or related field

    Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Familiarity with business analysis tools and techniques (e.g., Agile, Scrum)
  • This is a 12 months contract under 3rd party payroll partner and entitled to benefits according to partner company.
