Job Responsibilities:
• Assist in loading and unloading of materials from vehicles. To assist in deliveries

when required.

• Check and inspect goods received and ensuring they are of accurate quantity, type and

also acceptable quality.

• Receive request & issue goods to internal / external stakeholders / parties.

• Organize and arrange materials in the warehouse.

• Control movement of goods, update issuance & receiving record. Monitor and maintain

inventory by conducting regular physical counts (both internal & external), reconciling

variances, inputting data.

• Maintain good housekeeping of the warehouse on a daily basis.

• Assist with daily warehouse operations.

• Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the leader/supervisor.

Administrative Duties
• Update data into EAS system and manual recording systems.

• Manage & responsible of filing and sorting of the Warehouse paperwork.

• Validate Tax Invoices against goods received in the EAS system.

• Assist in the preparation of paperwork for deliveries when needed.

Requirements:

• Possess positive attitude and initiative, must be physically fit to carry heavy and bulky

items.

• Able to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Meticulous and a good team player.

• Good communication skills. Oral and written in English & Mandarin/ Chinese. (For liaising with the English and Mandarin speaking associates)

• Basic PC skills in Microsoft.

• Possess a valid Class 3 driving license.

• Candidates with logistics and warehousing experience will be an added advantage.

• Able to start work immediately will be an added advantage.

• Know how to use Reach Truck / forklifts will be an added advantage.

• Working days and time: 5 days Monday to Friday (8:30 am to 5:30 pm). Willing to work

overtime, on holidays and weekends when requested.
