Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Service Technician to support machinery operations across the region. This role involves hands-on technical service, customer support, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure smooth equipment performance and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Installation & Commissioning: Set up and calibrate exposure machines and lighting systems at customer sites.
  • Maintenance & Repair: Perform routine and emergency maintenance on UV lamps, xenon lamps, halogen lamps, and optical systems.
  • Technical Support: Provide on-site and remote troubleshooting and support to clients across Asia Pacific.
  • Training & Documentation: Participate in a 2-month training program in Japan to learn product specifications, service protocols, and safety standards.
  • Customer Interaction: Maintain strong relationships with clients by delivering high-quality service and technical expertise.
  • Reporting: Document service activities, prepare reports, and communicate feedback to the engineering and product teams.
Requirements
  • Minimum ITE or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
  • Strong understanding of optical systems, illumination technologies, and precision equipment.
  • Willingness to travel regionally and internationally (including 2-month training in Japan).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.
