Key Responsibilities
- Handle and validate documentation for all local and export sales deliveries, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Liaise with the head office to align on delivery schedules
- Organize scheduling for all local deliveries
- Keep comprehensive records of all orders
- Oversee inventory levels to avoid stockouts and excess inventory
- Perform routine stock audits and update inventory records as necessary
- Identify and report any inventory discrepancies
- Arrange shipping labels, packing slips, and other required documents for outbound shipments
- Accept incoming shipments, checking contents against documents for accuracy
- Maintain continuous communication with the internal team
- Work closely with the warehouse team to streamline goods movement
- Manage the preparation of incoming and outgoing warehouse shipments
- Maintain a clean, safe workspace and optimize space usage
- Adhere to quality standards and comply with all procedures, rules, and regulations
- Perform additional logistics tasks as instructed by the Supervisor
Requirements
- Min. O level
- Min. 1 year of experience of warehouse experience, preferably in logistics or supply chain management
- Familiar with handheld scanner & computerized warehouse system is a plus
- Able to handle physical work and willingness to lift carton manually at times
