Job Description & Requirements
· Receive incoming emergency calls;
· Generate Emergency Call Taking (ECT) form via the Authority's incident management IT system;
· Retrieve incident location from caller;
· Determine the incident categories from information provided by the caller;
· Input required details into ECT form;
· Perform telephone triaging and medical advisories to callers for medical calls based on the guidelines provided by the Authority;
Shift work – 2 days' work and 2 days off
1st Shift - 8am to 8.15pm, 2nd Shift – 8pm -8.15am
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $2, $2,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
