We are seeking a motivated Junior Electrical Technician to assist with electrical and mechanical support at customer plants, including panel and system fabrication, assembly, installation, and troubleshooting. The role involves working with electrical schematic drawings, vibration monitoring systems, and supporting plant operations to ensure reliability and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in fabrication, assembly, wiring, and testing of electrical control panels and systems.
  • Provide on-site support at customer plants for installation, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Read and interpret electrical schematic drawings and wiring diagrams to guide fabrication and troubleshooting activities.
  • Support setup and maintenance of vibration monitoring systems, including data collection and basic analysis, ultrasound, balancing, alignment job.
  • Perform routine inspections and help diagnose faults in electrical and mechanical equipment.
  • Replace electrical components and assist with wiring, cable laying, and related electrical tasks.
  • Support project/operations teams to ensure smooth system deployment and operation.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas to high standards of safety and organization.
  • Follow all safety protocols and plant regulations diligently.
  • Document fabrication work, site activities, and maintenance records accurately.
  • Participate in continuous learning and development in electrical and mechanical fields.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Basic skills in electrical panel fabrication, wiring, and assembly.
  • Familiarity with reading electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
  • Basic understanding of vibration monitoring systems and mechanical support tasks.
  • Valid Singapore Class 3 Driving License required; willing to travel for on-site work.
  • Commitment to following safety procedures and quality standards.
  • Prior hands-on experience or internships related to electrical fabrication or plant support is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Ability to start work immediately would be an added advantage.
