About the role

As an Electrical Technician at Eureka Ideas Pte Ltd, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and troubleshooting electrical systems and equipment for material handling cranes. What you'll be doing

  1. Performing inspections, testing, and maintenance of equipment
  2. Electrical systems, including wiring, switches, and control panels
  3. Troubleshooting and repairing electrical issues, ensuring prompt resolution of any malfunctions or breakdowns
  4. Maintaining detailed records of all electrical work performed and reporting on the status of systems
  5. Adhering to all relevant safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe work environment
  6. Providing support and guidance to other team members as needed

What we're looking for

  1. Formal training or qualifications in electrical or mechatronics engineering or a related technical discipline
  2. 3 years in a similar role and fresh graduates are welcome
  3. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex electrical issues
  4. Proficient in reading and interpreting technical schematics, diagrams, and manuals
  5. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to adhering to safety standards
  6. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate effectively with the wider team
