The Opportunity

  • Work with Singapore Government Agency
  • Monday - Friday: 8.30am - 6pm
  • Working location: One-North
  • 3 months contract
  • Basic: $3,100 - $5,000

The Talent

  • Diploma in Construction Management or related field
  • 3-5 years' experience in renovation site supervision
  • Knowledge of Singapore building codes and regulations
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
  • Able to work independently and manage priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software
  • Knowledge of relevant building codes and regulations in Singapore

Job Description

  • Supervise contractors and vendors to ensure timely, compliant project completion
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance
  • Monitor progress, manage risks, and resolve on-site issues
  • Coordinate office relocation and support move-in activities
  • Collaborate with teams for smooth handover and reporting
