
Call Centre Agent

- Manage protocols (such as fire & emergency messages)
- Liaise with other department enquiries and requests
- Manage customers' feedback
- Make accurate data entry to the CRM System and maintain records.
- Participate in trainings, tests and audits when required.
**Pay Package**
- Salary: Up to $2800*
- Yearly performance bonus: Up to 1 month of salary

Patient Service Associate: Salary $2,300 (Include transport and work shift allowances)
Min GCE 'N'/'O' levels with pass in English, with one (1) consecutive year of contact centre and/or healthcare experience.
Senior Patient Service Associate: Salary $2,800 (Include transport and work shift allowances)
Min GCE 'N'/'O' levels with pass in English, with two (2) consecutive years of contact centre and/or healthcare experience OR Min GCE 'A' levels or Diploma, with one (1) consecutive year of contact centre and/or healthcare experience
**Working hours (Shift and rostered**
- Able to work in any of the following shift: AM
- 7:30AM to 5:00PM, MID
- 9:00AM to 6.30PM PM
- 12:30PM to 10PM, Shift shall be rostered.
- With 1 hour of meal time
**General Requirements**:
- Able to speak in English and Mandarin
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Proficient in MS Excel / office
- Pleasant personality and customer service oriented
