Job Scope

  • Handle the full spectrum of shipping operations from port of origin (Port A) to destination (Port b)
  • Prepare, verify, and manage all shipping documents (e.g., invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, COO, etc.)
  • Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure accurate and timely shipment of products
  • Check and verify product documents, including specifications, certifications, and compliance documents
  • Arrange and monitor freight bookings, including liaising with freight forwarders and logistics providers
  • Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and shipping requirements
  • Track shipments and update relevant stakeholders on delivery schedules and any delays
