JOB DESCRIPTION Keppel is a global asset manager and operator headquartered in Singapore. With operations in more than 20 countries worldwide, we provide innovative solutions that address some of the world's most pressing needs across the energy transition, rapid urbanisation, and increasing digitalisation. This role sits within our Digital team whom leverage on technology to accelerate and democratize the adoption of outcome-based digital remote solution to drive sustainability and operational efficiency. The intern will be responsible in the following:
• Translating business requirements into technical specifications, including data streams, integrations, transformations, databases, and data warehouses.
• Defining the data architecture framework, standards, and principles.
• Defining reference architecture, which is a pattern that others can follow to create and improve data systems.
• Defining data flows, i.e., which parts of the organization generate data, which require data to function, how data flows are managed, and how data changes in transition.
• Collaborating and coordinating with multiple departments, stakeholders, partners, and external vendors. Learning Outcomes:
• Experience working on real-life projects that affect the revenue & profit of a multi-national company.
• Experience working in a multicultural team.
• End-to-end understanding of implementing a Data Project, starting from pain point discovery to user feedback. JOB REQUIREMENTS Job Requirements:
• Master's/Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics.
• Analytical mind and business acumen.
• Problem-solving aptitude.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience using business intelligence tools (e.g. PowerBI).
• Knowledge of SQL and Python/R.
