JOB DESCRIPTION Keppel is a global asset manager and operator headquartered in Singapore. With operations in more than 20 countries worldwide, we provide innovative solutions that address some of the world's most pressing needs across the energy transition, rapid urbanisation, and increasing digitalisation. The intern will be responsible in the following:
• Assist in operationalizing the Technology Policies, such as Policy Management, Communication, and Deviation Management.
• Assist in Technology Risk Management, including Cloud Assessment and Project Risk Management.
• Assist in the IT Compliance process, such as Audit Finding Analysis and Compliance Control Program.
• Assist in implementing various automation initiatives for current processes, such as chatbot, e-checklist, etc. Learning Outcomes:
• IT/Data Policy management, such as creating, implementing, and maintaining policies within the organization.
• Providing insights and recommendations on risk management to the operations team.
• Working in partnership with business teams and portfolio managers to identify opportunities to source and utilize data that can drive growth and productivity JOB REQUIREMENTS Job Requirements:
• Undergraduate pursuing a degree in IT/Information Security/Business IT/Computer Science & Business/Computer Engineering & Business.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of international security standards such as ISO27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, and OWASP will be advantageous.
• Proficient in MS productivity tools, including SharePoint Online.
• Problem-solving aptitude.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience using business intelligence tools (e.g. PowerBI).
• Knowledge of SQL and Python/R.
