Join this dynamic insurance organisation as a Risk Management and Compliance Specialist and help them navigate the complexities of risk and regulatory compliance.

Your new role

In this role, you will develop and maintain our enterprise risk management framework, identify and assess key risks, and ensure compliance with MAS guidelines. You will monitor regulatory changes, develop compliance policies, conduct audits, and submit accurate regulatory reports. Additionally, you will support senior management with timely reporting, maintain risk registers, and prepare for audits. You will also lead internal investigations, review new business initiatives, and promote a strong risk culture within the organisation.

What you'll need to succeed

In order for you to succeed in this position, you will have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Law, Risk Management, or related field.
  • years in risk management and/or compliance within the Insurance or related financial services sector.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Meticulous, with high integrity and professionalism.
  • Familiarity with governance frameworks such as ERM, AML/CFT, PDPA, and FATCA/CRS will be an added advantage
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills is crucial
