The Challenges

The incumbent shall be responsible to:

  • Assist to manage all kitchen operations and processes according to the standard operating procedure
  • Plan and manage all the food preparation in the kitchen for patients meal and catering events
  • Assist in menu preparation and conduct quality checks
  • Ensure proper: 1) Equipment operations and maintenance, 2) Safety and sanitation in kitchen, 3) Ensure proper control of food costs, supplies and labor

The Requirements

  • Recognised Culinary Certificate will be an advantage
  • At least 3 years' relevant experience in similar capacity in Food & Beverage.
  • Good team player, ability to work as a team
  • Good interpersonal skills.
