Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the F&B systems roadmap aligned with business goals.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions to enhance F&B operations.
  • Lead end-to-end system Lean & 6 sigma projects
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
  • Oversee the performance, reliability and improvement.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
  • Partner with F&B operations teams to understand needs and translate them into process system requirements.
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure quality delivery and support.
  • Ensure systems capture accurate and actionable data.
  • Support reporting and analytics initiatives to drive business insights.
  • Ensure systems comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain documentation and audit trails for system changes and access.

Job Requirements

Education & Certification

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.

Experience

  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in system management, preferably within F&B or hospitality.

Other Prerequisites

  • Proven track record in leading system implementation and digital transformation projects.
  • Strong understanding of F&B operations and technologies (e.g., POS, ERP, CRM, mobile ordering).
  • Experience in vendor management and cross-functional collaboration.
