The Opportunity

We are seeking a Creative Content Specialist for a Hybrid role. This position is for an individual who is highly driven, a fast learner, and adaptable. You will be instrumental in crafting our visual identity across social media platforms.

What You Will Do (The Role)

Your primary responsibility is creating, publishing, and optimising content that reflects our brand's premium identity. Your focus will be on high-impact video-first content.

1. Content Strategy and Research

  • Study viral trends and identify patterns that drive high engagement, especially within education and personal development.
  • Formulate hypotheses and test new content formats that enhance visibility and perception of the brand.
  • Monitor competitor and adjacent accounts to stay ahead of trends and strategies.

2. Content Production

  • Write concise, high-impact scripts for social media (e.g., Instagram Reels, Stories, Facebook posts).
  • Include clear filming instructions in scripts (e.g., shot types, angles, tone).
  • Edit videos with strong visual and emotional resonance, maintaining professional brand standards.
  • Design clean, on-brand thumbnails and visuals.

3. Social Media Management

  • Publish content consistently across Instagram and Facebook.
  • Craft scroll-stopping captions that drive user interaction.
  • Engage with the community in a manner that reinforces the Company's public image.
  • Monitor performance metrics (views, saves, shares, retention, etc.) to assess content impact.
  • Prepare weekly performance reports with actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

Who We Are Looking For (Requirements)

  • Currently pursuing Polytechnic, A Levels, or University education.
  • Strong written communication skills with a keen interest in content creation.
  • Proficiency in basic editing is a must.
  • Must be highly adaptable and a fast learner.
  • Must be able to commit up to 10 to 24 weeks.
  • Optional: Familiarity with editing and design software (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.) is a huge plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Internship

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $1, $2,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 40 per week
