About the Role Are you someone who loves storytelling, has a strong creative flair, and is constantly scrolling TikTok and Reels for work (wink)? Then this role might just have your name on it. We're looking for a Social Media Creative who can turn concepts into scroll‐stopping content — someone who can ideate, write, direct, and even appear in content when needed. Write compelling social media scripts and storytelling captions (TikTok, Reels, Carousels)Ideate creative content formats and hooks for different brands using online references Assist and direct shoots on location with our videographer and clients Familiar with editing and designing softwares (Capcut & Canva)Keep up with latest social trends , memes, formats and what's making waves Be comfortable stepping in front of the camera (yes, we might feature you in a client shoot or two)Collaborate closely with the creative and strategy team to bring ideas to life — fast Have experience writing, editing or creating content for social media (freelance, agency, or personal brand)Have a great eye for design, layout, and what looks good on screen Are not camera shy and love being part of fun, dynamic content Can work fast and juggle multiple projects with tight turnarounds Are proactive , self‐motivated, and don't wait around for instructions Can direct talent or team on shoot days and know what content to capture Are familiar with using tools like CapCut, Canva, TikTok, Instagram , and maybe even Photoshop (bonus)Are Singaporean or PR, and do not need visa to work in Singapore You've built your own following or had a few videos that gone viral beforeYou have a captivating personality and loves to be featured on camera You're someone entrepreneurial and looking to be a part of a fast-growing company What You'll Get: A portfolio of exciting brand work (not just boring templates)Opportunity to learn from an ex‐4As creative director turned content queen (hi )Chance to shape the look and voice of emerging & well known brands A dynamic team that's fast, fun, and never boring Flexible work hours with a blend of remote and on‐set days How to Apply: Send us: A short paragraph about why this role excites you Your TikTok / IG handle (yes, stalking is part of our process )Your portfolio or links to past work Expected monthly salary Email us at Subject line: SOCIAL MEDIA CREATIVE APPLICATION – (Your Name)P.S.
