What you do Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with product owners to map business processes, workflow models, and customer journeys.
• Participating in the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to delivery, contributing to enhancements and new features.
• Working closely with the delivery team, providing support and customer insights throughout the development process.
• Engaging with internal and external customers to gather and validate requirements.
• Reviewing vendor service levels and participating in outsourcing due diligence activities.

Who you are

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree.
• Have coursework in Business IT, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Possess strong analytical skills and the ability to independently resolve issues.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Are curious, collaborative, and eager to learn about digital product development.
