Job Responsibilities:

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform review of account and compute estimated chargeable income for clients.

Prepare tax provisions for audit purposes based on draft account.

Work with auditors and clients to prepare the tax computation with supporting schedules and tax returns.

Submission of tax return and tax computation to the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore.

Attend to tax queries issued by the Inland Revenue of Singapore.

Verify Notices of Assessment and advice clients to tax status and tax payment matters.

Processing of monthly payroll for clients.

Handle outsourced GST filing services.

Prepare the computation of clients' individual taxes, preparation of IR8A and IR21 tax clearance

Responsible for the e-filing of tax return to IRAS

Preparation of AIS data

Preparation of invoices

Maintain / Update of internal master files / records

Keep and maintain proper records of tax clients

  1. Any ad-hoc duties assigned by the Tax Manager or Director

What we're looking for

  • Relevant degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
  • Professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACCA, CPA, CA)
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in Singapore Taxation
  • Strong understanding of Singapore tax laws, regulations and reporting requirements
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate complex tax information effectively to clients and colleagues
  • Proactive, detail-oriented and committed to providing exceptional client service
