**Duties**:
- Registration of course participants and Front desk duties
- Scheduling and Arrangements of courses
- Prepare and maintain course notes and classroom condition
- Follow up of after-course administration, course payments and processing of purchase forms
- Host Zoom/E-learning courses
- Simple website maintenance
- Maintain and arrangement of classroom equipment, pantry and other office stationery where required
- Other miscellaneous administrative activities as assigned
- Fast learner and can use multiple devices in your work
- Proficient in excel and formulas
